Maurizio Rotundi

Maurizio Rotundi (born before 1965) is an Italian documentary and television director.

Rotundi began his career in the mid-1960s as an assistant director and made several documentaries between 1969 and 1973 . From the beginning of the 1980s he worked for television, for which his greatest success is the 13-part series L'ispettore Sarti , for which he also wrote most of the scripts, based on the novels Loriano Macchiavelli . In 1994 he had a one-time engagement as an actor when he took on a role in Nico D'Alessandria's The Imaginary Friend .
