Max Rubner Prize

The Max Rubner Prize is a prize awarded by the German Nutrition Society in cooperation with the German Society for Internal Medicine for special achievements in clinical nutritional research, most recently every four years.

The award is named after the physiologist and hygienist Max Rubner and was donated by the E. Merck company .

A prize of the same name is awarded at the Charité Berlin for innovations within the clinic.
