Max Koffler (* 1978 in Berlin ) is a German musician .

life and work

Max Koffler was born in Berlin in August 1978 . As early as elementary school he played leading roles in musicals and began recording his own songs and radio plays at the age of eleven.

Together with his younger brother Hanno Koffler he founded the band Kerosin in 1994, which took second place in the world's largest band competition Emergenza in 2001 and recorded music for various TV and cinema productions. Max Koffler wrote, among other things, the German-language title song of the same name for the movie Ganz und absolut.

After a successful concert tour with his solo band Seoulmates in South Korea , Koffler's first solo album taboo was released in May 2008 on 313 JWP / Sony BMG , followed by appearances in the opening act by Neil Young and a four-page report in Der Spiegel magazine .

Since 2014 his music has been published on the Berlin label sonsounds.
