Medal for the 25th anniversary of the completion of the collectivization of agriculture in the Socialist Republic of Romania
The medal for the 25th anniversary of the completion of the collectivization of agriculture in the Socialist Republic of Romania ( Romanian 25 de ani de la incheierea cooperativizarii agriculturii in Republica Socialista Romania ) was a state award of the Socialist Republic of Romania . The foundation took place in 1987 and is the last medal donated from the socialist era of Romania. The medal was awarded on the occasion of the festivities for the 25th anniversary of the end of agricultural collectivization to people who are concerned with the collectivization of Romanian agriculture and the economic or organizational strengthening of the agricultural cooperatives had made agricultural production merits.
Appearance and wearing style
The obverse of the gold-plated medal shows a farmer on the right and left and a farmer's wife in front of agricultural symbols. The lapel of the medal shows a wreath of ears open to the top on a stylized sun. The hammer and sickle can be seen in the upper part of the sloping ears . The two-line inscription 25 ANI can be read on the sun's body . Everything is surrounded by writing with the inscription: XXV DE LA INCHEIEREA COOPERATIVIZARII AGRICULTURII . The medal was worn on the left side of the chest of the person on a golden pentagonal metal clasp with a laurel wreath and a colored national flag.
