Megapanos
Megapanos was the Persian satrap in Babylonia under the great king Xerxes I. Megapanos is only mentioned briefly by Herodotus (VII, 62). Accordingly, Megapanos was initially a military leader in the Persian Wars. He led the Hyrcanians against Greece and was then appointed satrap of Babylonia.
