Multiple sensor

A multiple sensor , also called a wafer , is a computer input device that serves as a replacement for the computer mouse . In general, a wafer consists of five membrane keys, four of which are used to move the cursor and one to lock the cursor .

The membrane keys enable the cursor to be controlled with minimal effort. In order for the cursor to be positioned, the corresponding keys must be kept pressed until the cursor is at the desired position.
