The residential complex built by Paul Wolf in 1930 is an “object shaped by new building ... [with] a uniform perforated facade.” The complex consists of 103 apartments with 2 to 3-person types . Towards Wormser Strasse, the facade is structured by stepped, glazed staircases. There is a corner tower on Spenerstrasse. The 6th floor is loosened up by elongated, horizontal ribbon windows. A studio with large windows is on the top floor.
