Meinrad Limbeck

Meinrad Limbeck (* 1934 ) is a German Catholic theologian .

Limbeck studied philosophy and theology in Tübingen and Bonn. From 1966 to 1970 he was an assistant at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Tübingen. In 1970 he received his doctorate. theol. From 1970 to 1974 he was assistant at the chair for the Old Testament at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Tübingen. Since 1974 he has been a research assistant at the Catholic Biblical Work. From October 1981 to 2000 he was Senior Academic Councilor for Biblical Languages ​​at the Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Tübingen .
