The Meistro Energie GmbH (proper spelling: meistro ENERGY GmbH ) is an independent energy service provider based in Ingolstadt without its own power grid . The strategic business areas are climate-neutral energy (electricity & gas) and measurement technology / metering. Mostro supplies only business customers (B2B), the focus is on groups and cooperatives . In addition to the sale of electricity and natural gas, Meistro offers energetic solution concepts that are intended to increase system efficiency for customers.

MASTERRO ENERGIE GmbH was founded in October 2006 under the name MASTERRO Strom GmbH - by Manuel Fernandes, Michael Koch and Mike Frank, who acts as managing partner.

Mostro Foundation gGmbH

The foundation mostlyro gGmbH was established on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the company of MASTERRO ENERGIE GmbH on September 1st, 2016. The purpose of the foundation is to support non-profit institutions in child and youth work. The foundation invests the income in photovoltaic systems for the non-profit organizations. These facilities use the generated solar power for their own consumption, the excess energy produced is fed into the public grid. A photovoltaic system worth 10,000 euros was donated to the SOS Children's Village Gera for the foundation and from the donations received as part of the 10th anniversary celebration. The bürgerhilfe ingolstadt eV has also been producing energy from solar power for its own consumption since 2017, financed from the donations from the charity golf cup of the foundation Meistro gGmbH, which was held for the first time in 2017.

social commitment

Meistro supports non-profit organizations and takes over the energy share of the electricity costs. The SOS Children's Villages in Gera, Worpswede and Saarbrücken are supported. A solar system worth 25,000 euros was donated to the SOS Children's Village Hohenroth.

Since 2016, Meistro has been donating electricity and natural gas to the St. Franziskus road ambulance, so that the facility only has to pay the network usage fees and concession fees.

Mostro has been supporting the "Tafel Ingolstadt eV" association since 2019 with numerous campaigns and donations.
