Meiuros

A meiuros ( Greek  μείουρος “stutzschwänzig”) is a “shortened” dactylic hexameter in the ancient Greek verse , with a breve (short syllable) as the penultimate element instead of a longum (long syllable) . So you have a metric scheme

instead of the normal hexameter
