Mellempartiet
The Mellempartiet ( German intermediate party ) was a group founded in 1866 in the Folketing and Landsting . Leading figures of the party were Carthon Kristoffer Valdemar Nyholm , Marius Gad , Niels Christian Frederiksen , Lars Dinesen and Niels Jokum Termansen . Programmatically, the party found itself between the National Liberal Party and the three left parliamentary groups. In the Folketing elections of 1872 the party lost some of its seats and in 1876 all of them.
The Mellempartiet provided the council president Ludvig Holstein-Holsteinborg .
