Mesostructure (lexicography)

In a dictionary, a mesostructure is a structure that describes the connection between individual entries and other units of the lexicon within the framework of its microstructure . Mesostructures can e.g. B. be a list of abbreviations to which reference is made, or an index ( concordance ).
