Metrovacesa is a real estate company from Spain with headquarters in the newly built office park Vía Norte in Madrid.

Metrovecesa owns real estate mainly in Spain: commercial office properties, hotels and shopping centers . The real estate development division (residential construction) was discontinued as part of the financial crisis. The company dates back to 1918 when the brothers Miguel and Carlos Mendoza founded the Compania Urbanizadora Metropolitana company. Metrovacesa has a relevant stake in the French real estate company Gecina in Paris.

On November 18, 2003, Metrovacesa was taken over by the smaller BAMI S.A.
