Don't say goodbye ( Greek Μη μου λες αντίο Mi mou les antio ) is a series broadcast weekly on Greek television from 2004 to 2005 on the ANT1 channel. The series tells the problematic love story between a Greek woman from Athens and a "Muslim" ( Western Thrace Turk ) in Komotini . The Greek comes to Komotini to study and gets to know the Muslim Mourat at university - they both fall in love.

The drama is conducted by Manousos Manousakis , the leading roles are played by Thalia Matika , Memos Beynis , Yannis Tsimitselis , Anna Tsoukala , Babis Alatzas , Nikos Galanos and Melpo Kosti . The theme music of the same name Mi mou les antio was composed by Kostas Makedonas .

The series is so meaningful because for the first time it presents the topic of the minority in western Thrace in a way that is suitable for families throughout Greece or even makes it known in provinces further away from Thrace .

In the series, Mourat and all of the rest of the Turkish characters are played by Greek actors who speak Turkish in the series . They are of course simply referred to as Muslims and not Turks - not least because the latter would still be punishable by law. But the series is at least a first attempt to make the Turkish minority of Western Thrace and their cultural characteristics better known as an integral part of Greece's population throughout Greece.
