Michaela Grohmann (born December 2, 1964 in Berlin ) is a former German volleyball and beach volleyball player .
Career
Michaela Grohmann played indoor volleyball in the GDR at TSC Berlin in the 1980s and, after the fall of the Wall, at TSV Rudow Berlin and TSV Spandau Berlin in the second division . Later she also played beach volleyball alongside Brigitte Lohse at national and international tournaments. Grohmann / Lohse also took part in the 1997 World Championships in Los Angeles.
Today Michaela Grohmann works as a physiotherapist in Berlin. Her daughter Patricia is also a volleyball player.
