Michaeliskirche Schirgiswalde

The Evangelical Lutheran Michaeliskirche in the town of Schirgiswalde-Kirschau in the district of Schirgiswalde is the church of the Schirgiswalde parish.

On September 28, 1896, the day before Michaelmas , the church was solemnly consecrated to the Archangel Michael .

The church was built in the neo-Gothic style . The architect was the Leipzig building officer Julius Zeißig . The construction costs amounted to 65,000 marks.

The church has 400 seats and is equipped with an organ from the company Eule from Bautzen.
