Mikhail Ivanovich Meltyukhov
Mikhail Iwanowitsch Meltjuchow ( Russian Михаил Иванович Мельтюхов ; * 1966 ) is a Russian military historian who works at the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute for research on documents and for archival studies. He became known through his book Stalin's missed chance , which discusses the prehistory of the German-Soviet War and the preventive war thesis.
