Full load persistence

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the conveyor system which denotes full load steady performance , the performance of which is necessary to maintain a constant speed under full load. It plays an important role in the design of drives and the determination of the drive power . In general, it is made up of the product of all resistances occurring during movement and speed.

When designing hoists , it is either equal to the product of the full load inertia on the motor shaft and the angular speed of the motor, or the required weight multiplied by the hoisting speed:

In the case of the chassis design, on the other hand, it corresponds to the product of speed and driving resistance , i.e. H. Rolling resistance, incline resistance and air resistance:

If necessary, the efficiency is also included accordingly.
