Mikhail Jefimowitsch Litwak

Mikhail Jefimowitsch Litwak ( Russian Михаил Ефимович Литвак; born June 20, 1938 ) is a Russian psychotherapist, psychologist, author of numerous books on practical psychology.

biography

Litwak's first book was Психологическое айкидо ("Psychological Aikido", 1992). Then he developed the methods of psychoanalytic therapy. They were later known as Психологическое айкидо ( "Psychological Aikido"), Сценарное перепрограммирование ( "Szenarische reprogramming") Целенаправленное моделирование эмоций ( "Targeted modeling of emotions"), Интелектуальный транс ( "Intelligent trans"), Психосмехотерапия ( "Psycho-laughter therapy "), Интелектуальная нирвана (" Spiritual Nirvana "), Моделирование эмоций (" Modeling of emotions "), Коррекция и прогноз судьбы (" Correction of fate "and). His books have achieved worldwide fame.
