Michel Brunner
Michel Brunner (* 1978 in Glattbrugg ) is a Swiss graphic artist , photographer and specialist book author.
The trained graphic artist has been documenting particularly old, large and unusual trees as a hobby since 1997. From his collection of data and pictures of around 4,000 trees, he later documented copies in books, gave lectures and published his pictures on calendars, postcards and posters.
Michel Brunner is committed to the professional handling and preservation of old trees, although he sees particular deficits in the protection of special and old trees in Switzerland.
