Michel Fugain
Michel Fugain (born May 12, 1942 in Grenoble , France ) is a French singer and composer. In 1972 he founded the formation Michel Fugain et le Big Bazar with eleven musicians and 15 singers and dancers . At times up to 35 people were on tour. They were extremely successful in France until 1976 and had a few hits. Pop singer Mary Roos also worked on the film version of his musical Un enfant dans la ville .
The title track of his first album was the song Je n'aurai pas le temps in 1967 , which later became an international success in the version of New Zealander John Rowles as If I only had time .
