Mieszko (son of Mieszko I.)

Mieszko (* around 979/984; † after 991) was a son of Prince Mieszko I. der Polanen and Oda von Haldensleben .

He was only mentioned by name in the Dagome iudex as the son of an Ota and a Dagome. After his father's death in 992, Bolesław I drove his half-brothers out of Poland as the new ruler. No further information has been passed on to his person.
