Rental villa Borsbergstrasse 11

The rental villa Borsbergstrasse 11 in Dresden was built in 1901 as a three-story corner house for the sculptor Ernst Becher . The painter and sculptor Etha Richter , famous for her depictions of animals, lived in this listed building until her death in 1977.

The facade shows a differentiated and varied decoration, whereby the ornamentation in Art Nouveau is only one of many different design means. The facade was not only plastered in different ways , but also decorated with different clinker bricks. Even sandstone and half-timbered came in façade design used.
