Mikveh in Fürth

The mikveh , the ritual Jewish immersion bath, is located in the current building of the Jewish Museum Franconia . It is located in the basement of the Königstraße 89 building and is a protected monument .

This mikvah was built in 1651/52 in a former town house. Its water level is 8.50 m and its bottom about 10 m below street level. It can be viewed during the museum's opening hours.
