The military SV Borna was a short-lived military sports club in the German Empire , based in the Saxon city of Borna in today's district of Leipzig .
history
The club played in the Leipzig district class from at least the 1942/43 season . In the 1943/44 season, the team was Leipzig district champion . For the 1944/45 season of the Gauliga Sachsen , the club was then incorporated into Season 2 of the Leipzig group , but since the game was stopped due to the advancing Second World War in December 1944, the team did not play many games. After the end of the war, the association was also dissolved.
