MilkShape 3D (MS3D) is a 3D modeling software mainly used to create models for Half-Life , Blockland , The Sims 2 , The Sims 3 and other games. Due to the considerable expansion of the implemented export functions, objects in other 3D standards such as B. * .3ds can be exported.

MilkShape 3D was originally developed in 1996 by chUmbaLum sOft , a software company based in Zurich , Switzerland as a low-poly modeling program by Mete Ciragan for the GoldSrc engine . Multiple export functions were added later.
Features
The modeling software includes elementary functions such as selecting, moving , rotating, scaling, extruding, subdividing or dividing and also supports low level processing with the vertex and face tool . An export in over 70 file formats is also supported.
