The Schahrestan Minab ( Persian / minabi : شهرستان میناب) is a Schahrestan (district) in the Iranian province of Hormozgan . The capital is Minab .

254,304 people in 50,478 families live in Shahrestan.

There are also three Bachschs : Central Bachsch, Tukahur Bachsch and Senderk Bachsch.

There are four cities: Minab , Senderk , Tirur and Hasht Bandi .

Languages ​​and religion

The majority speak Persian or other southwestern Iranian languages ​​and dialects such as Minabi or Bashkardi . Minorities speak Arabic , Balochish or Swahili . Almost the entire population is Shiite or Sunni .
