Minimum wage ordinance

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The minimum wage ordinances are colloquially referred to as those German statutory ordinances through which the collective agreements that set a minimum wage are made generally binding for the entire industry .

The minimum wage regulations include:

  • Second ordinance on a lower wage limit in temporary employment

as well as regulations for individual industries. These ordinances all have the common part of the name Ordinance on mandatory working conditions , to which a part identifying the branch is appended. The ordinances are regularly revised after collective bargaining decisions, which is why a numbering is added in front of the second version. Some of the regulations also have official short titles and abbreviations. The following industry regulations currently exist:

  • ... for waste management including street cleaning and winter services (Waste Working Conditions Ordinance - AbfallArbbV)
  • ... for training and further education services according to the second or third book of the social code
