Mine search
Mine search means the search - in a broader sense searching and disarming or clearing - of mines , both of landmines as well as by sea mines .
Mines are often laid as a mine barrier (also minefield or mine carpet).

The landmine search is carried out with an armored vehicle (" mine clearer ") and / or a mine plow .
