MiniCat is the name of a range of inflatable sailing catamarans from the Czech manufacturer of the same name.

General

The inflatable sailing catamarans have PVC- coated tubes and an aluminum frame. The mast is also made of aluminum. The rudder blade , keel fins and seat surfaces are plastic parts. The boats are quick to assemble and stowed in portable, rectangular bags. The catamarans developed by the Czech Martin Horak since 2006 are mainly built in the Czech Republic and sold worldwide.

Models

The model range includes the following types (as of 2016):

  • MiniCat Guppy: 3.0 m 29 kg, sold since 2018, assembly time 10 min
  • MiniCat 310: 3.1 m, 35 kg. Sales since 2006, originally under the name "Minicat"
  • MiniCat 420: 4.2 m, 44 kg
  • MiniCat 460: 4.6 m, 58 kg.
