Minnagara

Minnagara ( Greek  Μιννάγαρα or Μιναγάρα ) was an ancient city between the Narmada and the Indus in what is now Sindh . It appears in the ancient sources as the capital of the region known as (Indo) Scythia . The exact location of the place is unknown, but may be identical to modern Thatta . The name translates into town of Min . Nagara is a common Sanskrit word for city . Isidorus of Charax calls a city Min in this region.
