Employee participation

Employee participation refers to a legal relationship on a partnership basis that goes beyond the traditional relationship between employer and employee .

The employee participation can be:

• Employee equity participation z. B. Debt capital , equity (the focus here is on corporate law );
• Employee profit-sharing z. B. Income sharing , profit sharing (here the focus is on labor law ) or
• Participation of employees in the design of work processes , conditions or company suggestion system , for example through continuous improvement process , quality circles , workshop circles , learning space .
