The mmpro film and media production GmbH is a film production in Germany and worldwide group focused on international shooting. The film production has a network of over 1,400 camera teams in 126 countries. According to their own statements, mmpro is one of the market leaders in the implementation of worldwide filming. Mmpro film- und medienproduktion was founded in 1999 by filmmakers Mark Poepping and Mako Antonissen. In 2008, the director Roman Schikorsky joined as a third partner. The company was converted into a GmbH in January 2010. In the early years, the company primarily produced international video formats on topics such as politics, sports, tourism, adventure and environmental protection. Among other things, the company implemented a 50-part video series on the subject of climate change , which illuminates 50 different effects of climate change in 50 countries. Since then, mmpro has continuously expanded its global network with filmmakers .

Today mmpro realizes video productions for large corporations, companies, foundations, associations, ministries and public institutions in 126 countries. The company has been developing a digital media asset management system since 2009. Based on thousands of video transfer movements of the video network, the system formerly known as McFootage was adapted to today's requirements and renamed AdmiralCloud. AdmiralCloud has been using the content delivery network of Amazon Webservices since 2012 and is registered as a trademark. In the same year, AdmiralCloud received the IPTV Award in the “Most Innovative Technology” category as a media asset management system. Mmpro has also included image editing services since 2017, making it a full-service agency in the field of multimedia archives and media management for companies.
