Modern Austrian Literature

Modern Austrian Literature is a specialist journal for Austrian literary history originally reserved for Schnitzler research . Today articles on newer Austrian literature are also published in general. The magazine appears quarterly as a journal of the Modern Austrian Literature and Culture Association or MALCA, which previously operated as the Arthur Schnitzler Research Association. The journal is edited at the universities Bowling Green State University and at Rice University, the published articles are in English or German.
