Modular working hours

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The modular working time is a working time model . The working time is summarized in time blocks, the so-called modules. These modules are divided among the employees independently. Some of the employer's requirements must be complied with. These specifications can, among other things, determine the number of employees per module.

The model of modular working time can be implemented on the basis of full -time and part-time work . Part-time workers can be incorporated into the work schedule with relative ease using this model.

In order to be able to implement this model at all, it is necessary to know the workload and the resulting necessary employee strength. Further advantages result from the freedom of choice of working hours by the employees. However, filling unpopular modules is problematic.
