Mohammad Osman Zhobel
Mohammad Osman Zhobel (also Zhobal , Usman Zhobal or Othman Zhobal * 20th century in Afghanistan ) is an Afghan Legal Profession - author , judge and head of the Research and Study Center of the Stera Mahkama , the Supreme Court of Afghanistan.
