Mohammed Harbi
Mohammed Harbi (* 1933 in El Harrouch ) is a Franco - Algerian historian .
In his youth, Harbi became a member of the FLN liberation movement . After the Algerian War he worked for the government of Ahmed Ben Bella . After his fall he was arrested, but was later able to travel to France via Tunisia , where he taught at the University of Paris VIII .
He is a member of the Russell Tribunal on Palestine .
