Moi Moi (also Moimoi , Moyi-Moyi , Moin Moin ) is a hearty chilli- spiced pie made from brown beans ( black eyed peas ), onions and vegetables, which you can eat in Nigeria for breakfast, then with rice , but also as a snack in between eats.
Often other ingredients are also used in the pie, such as a hard-boiled egg, sardines or corned beef .
