Monika Flašíková-Beňová (born August 15, 1968 in Bratislava ) is a Slovak politician ( SMER ).

Beňová studied political science faculty at the University of Banská Bystrica and earned the title of bachelor. She worked as an assistant, director, and general manager at various companies.

Beňová was general secretary of Smer from 1999 to 2001 and deputy chairwoman of the party from 2000 to 2004. From 2002 she was a member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic and chaired the Committee for European Integration. In 2003 she became an observer in the European Parliament before becoming a full member in 2004.
