Moritz Merfeld
Moritz Merfeld (* 1824 ; † 1907 ) was a German entrepreneur.
Life
In 1849 Merfeld was the founder of the Merfeld forwarding company in Leipzig , which at the end of the 19th century was one of the city's internationally renowned forwarding companies.
Merfeld was honored by the Saxon King with the award of the title of Saxon Commerzienrat and Knight PP .
