Morphotope

The Morphotope describes a range of uniform geomophographic factors such as relief, slope and exposure, it is the smallest definable unit of a region of uniform geomorphology . A morphotope is one of the basic units of a geotope or ecotope in the context of landscape ecology .

One possible synonym is morphofacies.
