Mortal Kombat Trilogy is a fighting game from the Mortal Kombat series. As with Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 , it is a revision of Mortal Kombat 3 , with MK Trilogy containing all characters (including the bosses) and the majority of all arenas from the previous parts. None of the implementations includes all arenas, the missing ones differ depending on the platform. Mortal Kombat Trilogy was originally released in Germany from the age of 18 and indicated later because of the extreme depictions of violence, in particular the special attacks to kill the defeated enemy that were already present in its predecessors.

action

After the warriors of the Earth Empire emerged victorious in Mortal Kombat, Shao Kahn, ruler of Outworld, has a 10,000 year old plan implemented: He has his former Queen Sindel, who died at a young age, resuscitated, but not in Outworld, but in Earth Empire to be able to enter it, reclaim it and initiate an invasion.

As in the previous games, there is a secret character, here a male ninja named Chameleon , who can also be played by pressing a certain key combination. Kano and Raiden in their MK 1 version, Jax and Kung Lao can also be selected in their MK 2 version, whereby some of the special attacks that existed in the older versions are no longer available. These characters are completely absent in the N64 implementation, as are Goro and Kintaro, Motaro and Shao Kahn are also not available as playable characters in this version. Chameleon has been replaced here by Khameleon , a female ninja.
