São Paulo International Film Festival
The São Paulo International Film Festival , officially Portuguese Mostra Internacional de Cinema de São Paulo , is an annual film festival held in São Paulo , Brazil in October . It is one of the major film festivals in South America . It took place for the first time in 1977. International feature films and documentaries will be shown. The festival is organized by the non-profit organization ABMIC (Associação Brasileira Mostra Internacional de Cinema).
