The Mount Saint Helena is a mountain in California and part of the Mayacamas Mountains . At 1,319 meters, it is the highest point in Sonoma County . There are four other peaks, the second tallest just east of the main peak is Napa County's highest point .
Originally the mountain was named after the mountain range Mount Mayacamas . A Russian expedition put a copper plaque on the summit in 1841, which coined the name that is used today.
