Movie Central (MC) was a Canadian , English-language, Category A premium television station headquartered in Toronto , Ontario .
Movie Central consisted of a channel package containing six channels. The station only served western Canada up to the Ontario-Manitoba provincial border. Movie Central was owned and operated by the Canadian company Corus Entertainment .
