Wine press crime novels
Under Kelter thrillers comprises various Heftroman series from the Martin Kelter Verlag . This usually describes short-lived crime novel series , i.e. series without constantly recurring main characters. The novels were grouped under labels such as Crash - Internationale Krimis or Der Yellow Krimi .
Crash
Under the title Crash - Internationale Krimis , Kelter Verlag published a short-lived series of 28 booklets, which were published between 1984 and 1985. The booklets appeared every 14 days. Most of them were reprints of loan books . Occasional issues from series appeared out of the correct order. The cover design was only partially related to the novels, so that on the cover picture a very lightly clad woman with a submachine gun could be depicted, without a woman in the novel getting hold of a weapon or even walking around lightly clad. The placement of the novel title in the upper right area of the cover is typical for this series, but otherwise rather unusual for magazine novels.
The yellow crime thriller
A short-lived booklet series of 20 booklets that was published in 1984 was published by Kelter Verlag under the title The Yellow Crime . It appeared every 14 days. Edited volumes with three novels each came out later. These were reprints of older texts with changed author names.

Wine press crime thriller
The first 56 issues of this series appeared under the title Mr. Chicago . A total of 267 issues appeared between 1968 and 1974. Within this series, a large number of issues from sub-series appeared. In detail these were: Mr. Chicago (81 issues - new); Checkpart - World Super Crime 2000, a slightly futuristic / mysterious series (54 issues - new), Inspector Kennedy (67 issues - new), Inspector John Dean (1 issue - reprint), Toby Gin (2 issues - reprints), Hello Anvil (3 issues - reprints) and Jack Hilten (1 issue - reprints). The sub-series appeared with a presentation typical of the sub-series and the sub-series title as a name, but with the number of the series and a small printed Krimi wine press .
Another series appeared within this series: Blaulicht (54 issues). In this sub-series appeared the sub-series (all reprints) John Tiger (4 issues), Kommissar Burkley (3 issues), Rocky Maxim (8 issues) and Toby Gin (4 issues) as well as some monographic texts.
The ghost thriller also started, with its own presentation, with three issues within this series. Since the numbering of the series was retained here too and the ghost crime thriller exceeded the range of numbers in the first three issues within the Kelter Krimi , the corresponding numbers (212, 216 and 220) exist twice.
Kelter crime novel
In the Kelter-Kriminal-Roman series , in addition to some monographic texts, mainly novels that belonged to series were published. Some of the books had fantastic, utopian content.
Wine press thriller
From 1980 to 1981, 32 novels appeared in this series, all of which were reprints of the Kelter-Kriminal-Roman series . All booklets were sub-series, with the odd numbers dedicated to Toby Gin and the even numbers dedicated to Hello Amboss . The respective sub-series were listed below the series name, with the name of the sub-series printed in larger font than the series title. The Toby Gin booklet also had the subtitle Kriminalreporter mit Herz und Schnauze . Photos instead of drawings were used as cover images.
