Mulligan Stew (court)
The Mulligan stew , also Hobo meal , is a kind of food preparation in the United States and Canada from the so-called Hobos was practiced and non-working homeless.
The hobos went from house to house asking the residents for food. Potatoes, onions and bacon were given in particular. Then a fire was kindled or a hobo stove and the collected food was cooked in a tin.
Mulligan stews are still made today when there is no other opportunity to cook, especially when camping or at picnics. To do this, you take aluminum foil, lay it on top of each other and cut the various ingredients on it. Then wrap the food in aluminum foil and put it on the fire. After the appropriate cooking time, take out the package and eat the contents.
