Murat Kekilli

Murat Kekilli (* 1968 in Adana , Turkey ) is a Turkish rock musician.

Career

He was best known in Turkey through the song Bu Akşam Ölürüm ( Eng . Tonight I'll Die), which was released in 1996, but was only successful with a new version in 1999 with the album of the same name. The lyrics are about suicide.

In 2004 he was nominated by the Turkish music broadcaster Kral TV for the Video Music Prize as best rock artist.
