The Musée des Blindés ( German Museum of Armored Vehicles ) is a tank museum in Saumur on the Loire in western France. It houses more than 800 armored vehicles (including many main battle tanks ), of which over 200 are fully functional.

The museum restores vehicles and has made numerous examples drivable again. Due to the numerous roadworthy exhibits, which are shown in action at regular intervals, the house is called “Eine Lebenammlung” ( Une collection vivante in French ). In 2003 the museum celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Here is - among other things - the only road-ready Tiger II "King Tiger" in the world, according to popular opinion the strongest tank of the Second World War , and an almost complete collection of German tanks and military vehicles.
