Moscow Music Museum
The Russian National Music Museum, founded in 1912 ( Russian Российский национальный музей музыки , until 2018 Glinka Museum ) is the most important music museum in Russia . It has over a million exhibits including musical instruments , sheet music , manuscripts, composers' estates, and more. The central building is located at 4 Fadeeva Street, near Mayakovskaya metro station. In addition, another five exhibition buildings belong to the exhibition complex.
Important musical instruments are z. B. a Stradivarius and a Guarneri violin and an organ by Friedrich Ladegast from 1868.
